The goal is not to plan every minute. It is to close open loops and choose what deserves protection next.

## 1. Clear (5 minutes)

- [ ] Empty quick capture, paper notes and loose browser tabs.
- [ ] Turn each useful item into a next action, project, reference or delete it.
- [ ] Scan the calendar for promises you made and follow-ups you owe.

## 2. Learn (5 minutes)

- [ ] What moved forward?
- [ ] What remained stuck, and what is the real constraint?
- [ ] Which habit had the clearest context?
- [ ] What drained energy without creating value?

## 3. Reconnect (5 minutes)

- [ ] Review active goals. Is each one still worth the cost?
- [ ] Give every active project a visible finish line and next action.
- [ ] Pause or delete one commitment that no longer earns attention.

## 4. Choose (5 minutes)

- [ ] Name the three Big Stones for next week.
- [ ] Put time for them on the calendar.
- [ ] Write one if–then plan for the most fragile commitment.

> If **[predictable situation]** happens, then I will **[small useful response]**.

Finish with this sentence: **Next week will count if…**
